Mô tả Công việc

1. Lead and deliver the tech agenda – crafting and executing strategy as key member of management team

2. Role is divided into 2 parts:

a) Core Business Operations: responsible for smooth operations of existing enterprise system stack and any further extensions (ERP SAP S/4 HANA on Azure, Tableau for BI, Office 365, Transport Management System from local vendor)

b) New Ventures:

Building a B2B / B2B2C platform serving our network of wholesalers, retailers and beyond
Building a B2C platform serving the ecosystem of professionals and end-users for home and building construction, from the design to construction stage

3. Manage and oversee (largely software) engineering team

4. Responsible for hiring, mentoring and development of our team of engineers to grow a high-performance engineering organization.

5. Collaborate with departments across the organization to truly understand user needs and leverage technology across the organization

6. Report to CEO (Stanford alum, ex-growth stage tech investor w/ U.S.-based US$1.5B fund)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Study issue: Graduated from University of IT major or equivalent

2. Familiarity with enterprise systems

3. Experience with building and leading software development teams for systems at scale

4. Experience with mobile development, Android and iOS

5. Passion for transforming traditional industries through technology

6. Nice to have: prior industry exposure in distribution (traditional trade-heavy distribution models in FMCG, construction materials), logistics, and/or manufacturing

7. Proficient in English

8. Strong facilitation & people management skills

9. Coaching & growth-oriented mindset

10. Strong business acumen

11. Working place: No. 675 - 677 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, HCMC (Open to flexible location arrangement)
