To work closely with Supplier Management Team and Field Sales Operation management team to establish the trade channel strategies and monthly trade activities with a view to supporting sales team to achieve sales and distribution target.
2. Sales target
After alignment with Field Sales Operation Team and Supplier Management Team about the monthly sales target to set the target for different trade channel and stockists.
3. Quarterly/monthly activities
On quarterly/monthly basic to agree on the quarterly/monthly ATL and BTL activities and sales & distribution target with Supplier Management Team and Field Sales Operation Management Team.
4. Inventory management
To ensure that the stock at GT/MT store level and stockists are sufficient to support sales team to deliver sales target
5. BTL budget management
To manage sufficient BTL budget to ensure that the trade channel activities are implemented effectively within the given budget.
6. Negotiation
In close cooperation with Field Sales Management Team to negotiate effectively with Supplier Management Team to get the sufficient BTL budget to support sales team to deliver the target as well as to negotiate effectively with Field Sales Operation Management Team to deliver the sales and distribution target.
