Sales Support Function
- Working in close partnership with sales team to ensure marketing programs are driven consistently and qualitatively.
- Co-ordinate and drive execution of promotions through sales force
- Develop innovative and easy to implement promotional activities
- Managing scheduled promotional events across VN.
- Prepare trade marketing launch plan for new products
- Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
- Evaluate the proposals put forward by the sales team and do feasibility studies.
- Budgeting, allocation of budgets, optimal utilization in targeted channel / outlets.
- Should have a good understanding of how promotions run across all channels of business.
Trade Marketing Support:
- Lead and ensure delivery of best in class trade marketing initiatives, ensurting smoothly connection between internal and agencies/suppliers
- Manage from brief, design, quotation and through to final delivery of best in class POS to ensure high quality and on time delivery
- Ensure high quality, cost competitive branded/promotional POS material is delivered
- Continue to monitor competitor activity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience working as a trade marketing executive ideally within a related category.
• Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing.
• Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
