- Education: At least Bachelor’s Degree, a certain level of English skill
- Job-related experience: At least 3 years engaged in Trade Marketing (MT channel), brand management and Brand strategy in cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Specific knowledge: Skilled in brand management and trade marketing
- 13th salary; 2 times bonus depends on working performances and company’s revenue
