Works closely with the Production Manager and Supervisor to ensure all production objectives are met or exceeded and lend support on priority projects which may include seasonal ramp up support.
Assist, support and coordinate with related departments in identifying training needs.
Develop and implement training plans, training programs
Develop training methods and evaluate training materials.
Coordinate with related persons, departments in improving and developing training activities.
Skilled test, assessment for skilled worker
Tracking skilled/ unskilled labor in department.
Coach instructors/ conduct some training courses
Perform other duties & projects as assigned
Organize Training course for Whitewood Department and Finishing Department operators (new training, Level up, Multi skill and others training course)
Developing and improving training document system of Whitewood Department and Finishing Department
Analyze demands from Whitewood Department and Finishing Department of Plant 2 and improve training systems
Build up buddy system for Whitewood Department and Finishing Department of Plant 2
Improve training program at Whitewood Department and Finishing Department of Plant 2

College or Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Comprehensive understanding of operational excellence/lean principles and applications
Prior experience providing training and training coordinator function
