- Receive and check the transportation request daily from clients
- Assign and co-ordinate the trucks to subcontractors to meet clients’ requirement
- Timely inform the transporation plan to subcontractors and update information to customers.
- Proactively monitor and track the cargo delivery/picking up according to the process to ensure the cargo is delivered/picked up according to client’s demand.
- Daily update the cargo information in systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing clients requests, questions and complaints
- Accurate and timely billing of customers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients to develop the company business activities.
- Well co-ordinate with operation team and Accounting team to resolve the issues
- Keep reported timely about risks, market changing to Sales Manager and General Director

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EXPERIENCE
- At least 04 years of experience in container transporation/warehousing in operation/customer service department,
- Understanding government road transport regulations
- Ability to develop and ensure high service quality provided to clients.
- Quickly identify/solve problems and report clearly, timely to General Director
- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with Foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation.
- Good knowledge at logistics market in Vietnam and US/ EU/ India/Korea market (Sea and air cargo freight forwarding are advantages ).
- Good command of English both spoken and written, Good skills of computers & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge about Korean customer is a plus
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
