1. Maintain and grow sales of multiple Key Account’s channels such as Food Chains, Modern Trade (Convenience store/Supermarket), Hotels, Conventions, Factories & Caterings.
2. Lead team to acquire new customers in Food Chain, Modern Trade, Hotel, Convention, Factory & Catering segments to meet the business’s growth target.
3. Conduct sample testings, customer’s warehouse visits to facilitate the onboarding.
4. Develop different price offers to serve different customer’s needs.
5. Work with relevant teams such as Supply Chain, Operations and accounting to ensure smooth daily deliveries to customers.
6. Conduct monthly performance reviews to ensure the margin of each customer is as expected.
7. Come up with new SKU suggestions, design and run various sales campaigns to increase sales.
8. Further enhance the company's value propositions and uniqueness to this customer segment.
9. Collaborate with Accounting to address any issues related to payment happening between Kamereo and customers.
10. Recruit, train and develop required skill sets for the Key Account team.
11. Perform other assigned tasks from the line manager.
At least 3 years experience in KA of F&B.
Proven work experience as Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or relevant role
Experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Logical thinking, problem solving, good communication & strong leadership
Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Fluent in English and knowledge of F&B market
Knowledge in Veggies & FMCG products is a plus
