Plan, oversee and be responsible about the quality of all writing material we create for business purposes to increase target consumer awareness of the Brand, as well as increase market share through customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation; about the implementation of internal communications to ensure employees understand clearly & properly the essence & value of FEC Brand


Internal: Business Development, CCBC, CEOO, etc - Cooperate to work and collect relevant information to serve business purpose

External: Agency, Credit ranking institution, Investors - Ensure best quality work being delivered, Working with international rating agencies to implement FEC's credit rating


Product Management Content

  • Manage all writing material related to content, messages relating to products & services, from online guides and articles to newsletters and social media posts.
  • Manage, develop and execute a rolling 12 month product & service communications in line with core marketing and business plans to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.
  • Ensure that best of class project management practices are employed to deliver all marketing communications within strategy, budget, and deadline
  • Support the creative development of communications themes that convey the brand point-of-view to customer.
  • In charge of quality assurance and budget controls of all communications projects for Products & Promotion campaigns
  • Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand governance through all consumer
  • Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, viral marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives
  • In charge of quality assurance and budget controls of all communications projects for Products & Promotion campaigns
  • Manage our editorial calendar to ensure timely publication.
  • Create style guides to use as reference
  • Developing contents related to company activities, evelop content to improve customer understanding, develop content of marketing programs
  • Ensure product & services consistency across media platforms
  • Assign blog posts to writers
  • Work closely with Communications Department to ensure all information on products & services in the News that is identical and does not pose a risk to the Brand.

Internal Communication Management

  • Be responsible about internal communications content related to brand and business to all FE’s employees to help them understand clearly & properly the essence & value of FEC Brand.
  • Continuously brainstorm & initiate ideas to ensure a proper & good communication with employees in terms of brands.
  • Work closely with business units of Marketing Center & HR Management Division to align on communication, prepare communication products.


  • Build award strategy to maximize our impact to investors
  • Responsible to drive awards

People Development:

  • To structure team activities for the effective delivery of plans and performance targets
  • To lead and empower team through performance reviews and change management
  • To practice company values for continuous improvement in team management
  • To demonstrate brand values in everyday life at work

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University Graduate – major: finance / communication/marketing/ securities or related majors.
  • Having a master's degree preferred, or other equivalent qualifications or certificates.
  • Min. 10 years of working experience in banking and financial service and Investor relations
  • Min.5 years working in managerial position
  • Experience in brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix is a plus
  • Strong expertise in relationship management with track record of building an investor portfolio
  • Working experience in Brand strategy and MKT Communication
  • Financial services experience and business knowledge are a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in manage C-level relationship
  • Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – advanced
  • Computer Skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Having knowledge about macroeconomics, banking industry, strategic direction, business development orientation
  • Understanding investment and finance.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws.
  • Skills of analysing and synthesizing information.
  • Ability to present and convince
  • Ability to communicate, especially with C level and management level
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Good presentation skills with an eye for the art
