Responsible for management of third party sales and sales campaign including supporting customers to fulfill digital flow and marketing campaigns for the effective implementation of strategic projects, in cooperation with external parties, specifically in digital based business
COMMUNICATION
Internal: All key stakeholders of projects
- Cooperate with key stakeholders to create and implement campaigns as well as assigned functional tasks of the Department
- Establish and maintain close rapport with all relevant parties such as other departments, divisions, business units to obtain support in delivering desired deliverables.
External: Vendors
Implement cooperative projects and deliver desired deliverables as per requests of BOM

Leadership Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members, and influence them to take accountability for their assigned work
Collect best practice and share with units and staff to ensure high caliber of staff
Build talent and capabilities within the taskforce department
Building and manage performance of Sales team 3rd parties to support customers through whitelabel channels fulfill their journey effectively
Responsible for maintaining cooperative relationship with Whitelabel partners/channels & coordinating to build sales promotion campaigns to boost sales
In charge of monitoring activities and improvement of sales campaigns with partners
Daily BAU Responsibilities
Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Education
Bachelor Degree with majors: Business Management, Finance, Economics
Experience
Min. 5 year of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
Min. 2 years of working experience in sales campaign management field and/or third party sales unit
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (including fluent in English and Vietnamese)
Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Project)
Good communication and presentation skill

Ability to work under high pressure
Good understanding of intra-department functions, operations and ability to work in a team environment.
