Stimulate an open environment where safety is put first, by sharing safety concerns, acting as an example and addressing each other on safety.
Assist Warehouse Manager to follow up PDCA (plan-do-check-act) of safety agenda of all warehouse areas.
Perform coaching on safety behavior and compliance for related parties working at warehouse.
Control the compliance (company regulation and policy) of related parties working at warehouse.
2. Warehouse planning:
Review long term resource planning for FLT, FLD, Casual workers, and assist shift leader to build requirement so that relevant parties can schedule resources working by shift.
Analyze the utilization of warehouse space, FLT to adjust/revise the resource planning to fast and agile adapt the changes on time.
3. Warehouse cost management:
Analyze monthly warehouse overhead cost variance data and deploy to find the root cause for improved actions to ensure cost efficiency.
Plan & ensure the weekly expense are spent efficiently.
Plan annual budget and review to update quarterly latest estimation.
Support warehouse manager, shift leader to analyze and follow up to implement strike saving.
Lead to ensure the actual costs are paid on time in full for LSP.
4. Inventory management:
Perform ABC analysis and review regularly layout heat map to align with changing circumstances (stock policy, production batch sizes, etc.).
Lead the daily cycle count, periodic count. Analyze inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis and suggests actions. Focus areas are stock differences, losses & breakages, number of internal movements, (re)packing and value-added services. (Out of stock situations are the scope of planning)
Prepare and maintain daily FIFO guidance.
Perform daily stock reconciliation between warehouse and packaging & input production stock in the system accordingly and real time.
Control and execute to change stock quality status following the instruction of Technology Control department.
5. Storage & stock quality assurance/ management:
Ensure FIFO are followed and performs loss deployment/5 why/root cause analysis on FIFO issue or any damaged stock issue by warehouse handling and operation.
Ensure the physical visualization are matching with system stock quality status.
Ensure write off process are strictly followed.
6. Assets & equipment management:
Follow up and ensure proper repair & maintenance are done for warehouse facilities.
Coordinate and manage corrective and preventive maintenance for FLT and other equipment with according LSP.
Administrate RPM and register site-loss within logistics, make a deployment, suggest improvements.
7. Management reporting and others:
Set-up warehouse KPIs dashboard, ensure the KPIs are available right time and accuracy, and do deployment & build improved actions for where necessary.
Set up and ensure daily real time report/KPIs for DCS meeting.
Safety related reports dashboard set up: accident frequency, incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and behaviors, safety tags…
Other once-off analysis if required.
Manage import related activities, ST related activities, and any other abnormal activities.
Join and deliver required TPM programs and activities (5S, I am the owner, RCFA…)
Manage the overall results/performance of his/her team if any.

Working & Thinking level: Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience / skills required:
3 years in business, preferably logistics/warehouse analyst/data management.
Other skills and languages:
- Microsoft Office: Excel
- SAP ECC or other ERP system. WMS if applicable.
Language: both English (proficiency for speaking/writing/listening) and Vietnamese.
Working time: Monday to Friday and half of Saturday (44h/week).
